1. What this website is
scrapbuyer.com.ph presents our services to corporate and institutional scrap sellers and receives inquiries. Content is informational; it is not a public offer to purchase from any person who arrives with material. We buy only from registered accounts that pass KYC.
2. Pricing information
The pricing formula and any published reference values are revised weekly and apply as stated in each account’s agreement. Between revisions, market movement happens; the reference date printed on a ticket controls that ticket. Website content never overrides a signed agreement.
3. Accounts & eligibility
We transact with businesses and institutions only, subject to KYC under PD 1612. We may decline any account or load that fails documentation requirements — that refusal is the product working, not a service failure.
4. Intellectual property
ScrapBuyer name, logo, and site content are ours; don’t reuse them without written permission. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link.
5. No warranties on informational content
We keep the site accurate and dated, but laws, prices and schedules change; where this site and a signed document differ, the signed document wins. Nothing here is legal or tax advice — confirm regulatory matters with your counsel.
