We built the scrap buyer we couldn't find

ScrapBuyer is a Philippine metals-scrap buying operation for corporate and institutional sellers, serving Metro Manila and the Bulacan–Cavite–Laguna–Rizal industrial corridors with a consolidation yard, our own hauling trucks, and calibrated scales. We founded it on a simple observation: companies generate scrap continuously, yet the buying side of the market runs on practices — eyeball weighing, gate haggling, cash without paper — that no professional organization should have to accept.

What do we actually promise?

• Tapat na timbang. Calibrated scales, dual-custody weighing, witnessed or CCTV-documented, variance tolerance 0.5% with audits when exceeded.
• Word kept. Published formula pricing revised weekly; pickup windows honored; a bid honored after award. Commitments are documents here, not moods.
• Clean hands. KYC on every account under the Anti-Fencing Law. Corporate sources only. No cash-without-paper at any margin, no exceptions anyone below the general manager can grant.
• Safety before speed. Insured, uniformed, briefed crews; a load that can’t move safely doesn’t move yet.

What don’t we do?

No walk-in or ambulant buying. No households. No paper, plastics or e-waste. No hazardous streams — dry metals only, and where your disposal includes regulated materials we’ll point you to DENR-accredited treaters instead of pretending. No “highest price guaranteed” claims: we promise a defensible price, produced by arithmetic you can file. The not-do list isn’t marketing modesty — every item on it protects the thing we sell, which is trust with numbers attached.

Where are we going?

Near-term: be the scrap buyer that Philippine procurement, security, finance and ESG teams can all approve — measured account by account, ticket by ticket. Long-term ambition, stated openly: to be the first call for any corporate disposal in the Philippines. We plan to earn that one weigh ticket at a time. The tagline is the operating rule: every kilo accounted for.
