Years of accumulated scrap, cleared in days — on paper

Plant clean-outs, line decommissioning, warehouse clearing and post-demolition recovery: surveyed first, weighed honestly, hauled on schedule, documented completely.

One-time clearing is a single engagement to remove accumulated metal scrap from your site: we survey and classify the material, quote by the published formula, then clear it with our own trucks and crews — weighing every load on calibrated scales and issuing BIR-compliant documents before anything leaves the gate. Typical jobs: plant clean-outs before an audit or ISO visit, production-line decommissioning, warehouse or fit-out strip-outs, and post-demolition metal recovery.

What happens during the survey?

An Account Officer walks the site with your representative, classifies materials by grade (see what we buy), estimates tonnage, flags anything we cannot take (hazardous streams are out of scope in our current phase — we will say so plainly and point you to DENR-accredited treaters), and agrees access, schedule and safety rules. You receive a written scope: materials, estimated weights, formula pricing, crew count, truck count, and the document list you’ll hold at the end.

How is a clearing priced?

The same published formula as every ScrapBuyer transaction — reference index × grade factor − logistics − handling — applied per material grade at actual weighed quantities. No lump-sum guesses: estimates are for planning, tickets are for payment. If actual weights differ from survey estimates, the formula settles it without renegotiation.

What do you hold when it’s done?

  • Weigh ticket per load, signed by both custodians.
  • BIR-compliant invoice/OR for the total transaction.
  • A clearing summary: tonnage per material, ticket index, and photos — ready for your asset-disposal file.
  • Optional: recycling certificate for your ESG records (see reports).

If the clearing includes items your policies require destroyed rather than resold, pair it with certified destruction.
