What happens after you press send?

  • ≤ 1 hour: acknowledgment from a company address (we never reply from personal numbers asking for fees).
  • ≤ 4 working hours: Account Officer callback — classification questions, indicative formula terms, survey scheduling.
  • Survey: materials graded on-site with photos; KYC both ways; written scope follows.
  • First pickup: scheduled window, witnessed weighing, ticket + BIR paper on release. Every kilo accounted for.
